The U11 girls played Richmond at home in extremely windy conditions.
Box Hill (BH) won the toss and elected to kick with the wind. BH scored within the fist couple of minutes with a great passage of teamwork with the classic down the line and then into the centre for the first of 4 strong goals from Jazz Demitri.
Box hill had 4 Goals by half time.
Kicking into a strong wind BH continued the goal scoring with 2 more goals. BH defense was strong with only 1 real shot on goal stopped by Georgia Wiles.
The girls played as team which is evident in the score.
Georgia Karklins scored in the first half after a number of unsuccessful
shots with. Maddy Hill scoring in the second half with a strong left boot from near the top of the 18 yard box.
A great result against Richmond.
